The humble tuna and corn sushi has never been one of my favourites, I always thought it was too plain and not fancy enough. However, I officially nominate Rapid Café at Rapid Creek Shopping village for having the best tuna and corn sushi in Darwin. What makes it the greatest is the seasoning, I don't know what it is but I do know that it's awesome. Big rubber stamp of approval.
