If you're find yourself driving down the Stuart Highway past Coolalinga between morning and early afternoon and you're feeling a bit peckish, pull over the side of the road at The Hod Dog Lady's little trailer for some epic sausage in a bun action. You'll find her next to United Fuel Station on the weekends and on the other side of the road weekdays, which might sound like a rather odd location to sell hot dogs, but judging by the amount of people coming and going, she's gained a bit of a cult following.

The beauty you see pictured in the first photo has bacon, onion and cheese in a super fresh bun, for just $6.50. You can add salami as well for more calories, but I declined on this occasion. Couple it with an ice cold drink and you have one satisfied belly. Very tempting to go for seconds too.
